Evening Indoor Cycling Class with Kit Miller -- 1 Hour Class - Thursdays 5:30 to 6:30 pm
Starting up again this Winter, Jim’s Gym will be offering an Evening Indoor Cycling program for those
of you excited about high intensity exercise inspired by great music. These will be challenging classes
which promise participants excellent health and fitness results in an enjoyable environment. As space
for these classes will be limited advance sign up would be advised.
