Jim’s Gym is offering our Beginners Indoor Cycling program. If you are looking for a fun way to improve your fitness, lose weight, prepare for a cycling trip to the wine region of the Napa Valley in California, or all of the above then here is a great place for you to start. Once again, space will be limited so sign up early.
