Jeremy DiPietrantonio
I have been a Professional Certified Personal Trainer for over 5 years. My personal experience with athletics and fitness competitions and my keen sense of people has allowed me to excel as a trainer. My own involvement with fitness dates back to my adolescence where I spent most days playing competitive outdoor soccer and weight lifting. Now I am a natural competitive body builder, aspiring to make it to the National level.
I established JD Athletics Personal Training Co. over four years ago in metropolitan Vancouver, and relocated to Parskville with my young family in 2009. I have worked with a variety of people, from professional athletes to novice trainees. My deep passion for fitness and my personal goal to help others succeed has enabled me to develop a successful business that generates over 150 sessions per month. My approach is based on cutting edge industry techniques and I continue to update my education year-round. I hold current certifications through BCRPA, ISSA, First Responder Level 3, CPR – C, a competitive Natural Athlete in BCABBA, and as well am a Professionally Certified Fire Fighter.
I am a big believer in keeping workouts fresh, smart, fun and intense. Most of all, I believe in my clients and that maintaining proper exercise regimes will help them attain positive health outcomes.

Since that moment my life was changed. I found my calling, my life’s purpose! My goal has always been to share my passion, and inspire people to a better life. Roy Willis
My mission is to help you realize your fitness potential and enhance your daily living. My background includes a Bachelor of Physical Education degree, teaching in the Alberta High School system, and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. I have BCRPA certifications along with Coaches certification in football and wrestling. I was Grand Master Body Building competitor in 2007 and Football Alberta's Senior Bowl Provincial Coach.
I am available for private and semi-private personal training. The programs I offer are individualized, fun, and motivating.

I strive to make sure that my workouts are individualized to fit the specific needs of my clients.
Prior to choosing personal training as my career choice, it was simply my passion. I began my workout regime over ten years ago and went in search of different exercises and routines to incorporate into my own workouts. It is my philosophy that function is an important part of exercise; if the exercise is not functional we’re not reaping the full benefits of the exercise. I want to make workouts enjoyable by keeping them varied and at a fulfilling level of intensity, and I am continually learning and incorporating new techniques.
