Healing Cleanse Protein Shake with Fresh Fruit
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 1/4 Cup Cucumber
- 2 Frozen Bananas or 2 Cups Berries or 2 Cups Pineapple
- 1/3 Bunch Parsley
- 1/3 Bunch Cilantro
- 1 Inch Piece Ginger Root
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Chia or Hemp Seeds
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with 1-2 pieces whole fruit or 2 cups of fresh berries.
